Personality: Raiden is a laid back person who is also quite cunning. He doesn't like to engage in pointless chit chat or to do things he deems pointless. He loves a good fight and can be quite merciless whenever he engages in combat. He likes to keep to himself most of the time but will have a conversation if he feels like it. Or if he thinks the person he's talking to has something relevant to say. He is also seemingly fearless and is not the type to mouth off about his skills either. He would much rather let people experience how skilled he actually is for themselves.

Speacial Characteristics: Sharingan, Highly Skilled, Ability to form hand seals at incredible speeds. And carries the Kusanagi Sword. He is very fast and very good with the use of a sword. Mangekyou Sharingan. High chakra capacity and stamina.


Clan: Uchiha

Clan History: The Uchiha clan were one of the founding noble families of Leaf village. The clan itself is said to be descended from the Hyuuga clan who possess the bloodline of the Byakugan eye. Because their clan possessed the Sharingan or "Wheel Eye," the Uchiha excelled at being able to read and fend off attackers. This made them prime candidates to help found the Konoha Military Police Corps. The organization itself would go on to incorporate the Uchiha fan symbol into their official logo.

Select few members of the Uchiha clan possess the ability to activate the bloodline Sharingan eye. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and see the tricks and movements required to be able to complete it. However the clan member can not copy techniques which are unique to another bloodline. It also gives one the ability to cast jutsu techniques only possible by possessing the eye.

The clan itself is known for their ties to fire. For a clan ninja to be seen as an adult, they must be able to utilize a Katon (Fire Element) jutsu such as Goukakyuu no Jutsu. Thus is the tie between the manipulation of fire and the mind of an Uchiha member.

Jutsu:

History/Background: Raiden were born into the Uchiha clan of Konoha in which he attended the academy there. He managed to move through the ranks quite quickly as one would expect of a Uchiha. From a young age he demonstrated his talents in several arts of fighting. Raiden graduated from the academy and went on to become a Genin. And from then on his own rise to fame amongst his peers of the Ninja world began. He became renowned for his use of the Sharingan which made him quite dangerous. He managed to unlock his Sharingan during a mission that was meant to be a C rank but soon turned to an A-rank. In an effort to save his friends from danger his Sharingan were awaken. From there he kept on honing his skills with the Sharingan. He was skilled in Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu and weaponry. His superior skill level in these aspects of fighting came as no surprise.

As a Genin Raiden started developing his own style of fighting which led him to develop his own jutsus. He managed to develop a Jutsu that would be feared by his opponents. As time passed Raiden went through the Chuunin exams and as expected he was promoted to the rank of Chuunin. However it wasn’t long before Raiden joined the Anbu squads in which he became a captain by age 15. By then his Sharingan had fully developed all three Tomoes. He hid away as part of the Anbu black ops becoming more and more dangerous. Raiden were sent on numerous missions and were entrusted with a few important things. However his knowledge of certain top secret information would soon cause him to become a target. He was then framed in an elaborate plan which caused him to flee from the Fire Country.

During that time Raiden lost a couple of important people to him such as his parents and a best friend. This caused him to have hate towards his former village and just about any other major establishment. He now has it sights set on the destruction of these Major establishments.

Using his rage Raiden managed to unlock his own unique Mangekyou sharingan which makes him even more dangerous. With this new power Raiden knew he had a very special weapon that could help him to get revenge. He also knew about the repercussions of using this weapon and decided he would only use it if Necessary. Being a missing Nin Raiden went on to become a part of Akatsuki which is thought to be an evil organization, with the sole purpose of capturing the bijuu of the world and to cause chaos. In this organization Raiden is now the leader and commands some of the most skilled and dangerous Shinobis of the ninja world as we know it to be.

Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

(As fast as Sasuke or Lee when he opens the gates). However those experienced enough with really keen eyes can see it, but may not be able to react in time.

Description: Without the use of hand seals the user will cause up to 4 eastern type dragons each to erupt from his sleeves on both hands. The toxin will act as a poison which will act swiftly to ultimately kill the victim if it is not treated with an anti-venom for the poison. The dragons will use their long bodies to extend up to reasonable lengths. They will then strike much like a snake.

Chidori (a.k.a. Raikiri) is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. Later, Uchiha Sasuke used his Sharingan and the training of Kakashi to also learn the technique. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.

Because it is a Kage Bunshin, the Raiton version shares the ability to interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. If the Raiton Kage Bunshin is injured, the clone will revert into its natural lightning state. Like in other Lightning Element attacks, should the target come into contact with the electricity, they will be momentarily stunned.

Chidori Eisou is a Lightning Element technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke. Sasuke is able to shape the Lightning Element to form an extending blade of lightning. Though unstated, this blade probably takes on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the sword to strike its target with ease. This attack may also be similar to Chidori Nagashi, causing the target to go numb from the electrical charge.

Kirin is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke out of the original Chidori technique. Sasuke will first launch fireballs into the sky above using his Gouryuuka jutsu. These fireballs will warm the atmosphere and create a powerful rising air current, which in turn generates thunderclouds. Sasuke will then form Chidori and raise his arm to the heavens. This will allow him to channel the lightning down upon his target. Because he is merely channeling the naturally created lightning, he is able to utilize a power greater than what a ninja could create with their own elemental chakra. Because this is also natural lightning, it will travel more quickly than any ninja could dodge. Upon calling down the lightning, it will create a powerful impact with a large amount of destruction.

Once the illusion makes them believe they are captured, Kurenai will appear from the tree itself and stab her target with a kunai.

His target does not have to look into his eyes, a glance at the hand itself will be enough. Once inside the illusion, he can control the visions the ninja sees. This illusion can also be used to play on the fears of the target, causing them to see and hear those who they care about degrade them.

Description: Izanami is a Mangekyou technique used by Raiden Uchiha. Once the victim is caught in this terrifying Genjutsu, they will first be bound by chains in which a beautiful women will appear before them. But soon afterwards this beautiful women will soon turn into a rotting corpse with maggots and other foul creatures ravishing her body. She will then reveal two daggers in her hands and while the victim is bound by the chains there will be a sudden darkness. They will then be stabbed 1000 times all over there body quite viciously. This process will seem like its been going on for all eternity when in fact only a second has passed outside of the genjutsu. And as one will expect once the genjutsu is over the victim will feel the effects of the Genjutsu on their body as if they were being stabbed for real. This is definitely not your regular Genjutsu. However it should not be attempted more than twice in a day since it takes a toll on the user overt time, since it shares the same symptoms like all Mangekyou techniques.

Special note: Izanami is a Japanese Goddess and were the wife of Izanagi a Japanese God.

Description: This is a special doujutsu skill only known to Raiden Uchiha. After unlocking the Mangekyou Sharingan gained the ability to use this particular devastating technique. Raiden will first focus his eyes on his opponent(s) and summon the intense dark purple flames of the Kagatsuchi technique. The Kagatsuchi flames are just as intense as the flames as Amarerasu and they work in the same way, since they are instantaneous. The flames will envelop the victim(s) and proceed to burn them. However as the flames burn they also rip into the opponent(s) skin which is a unique touch to the flames themselves. As the Kagatsuchi flames burn they will demonstrate how terrifying they are from the screams that comes from the flames itself. The screams sounds as if there is a lot of suffering going on as they burn. The Dark Purple flames of the Kagatsuchi are truly remarkable and devastating.

Note: Kagsutuchi is a Japanese God of Fire much like Amaterasu.

Kamui is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou Sharingan eye to generate an imploding transportation vortex. To begin Kakashi forms a handseal to change his normal three tomoe Sharingan into a new Mangekyou form. He then focuses on an area of his target. The surrounding area will then warp and collapse in on itself, quickly reducing the surrounding area to nothingness. The technique will transport the focused area away to another location. The technique caused a huge strain on Kakashi, utilizing a great deal of chakra. He was able to use the technique twice in succession and then revert back to three tomoe. It is unknown how many times he could use it before total exertion.

The user will spew out a cloud of smoke, which resembles a dragon. The smoke dragon carries toxic fumes within the smoke. The toxic fumes are poisonous. And the longer the victim waits to get medical treatment. The more likely it is that the victim will die.

Kuchiyose no jutsu RyuJoushi (Dragon boss)

Ryujoushi is Pluto’s trusted summoning. He is the boss summon that Pluto relies on, when in extreme situations. Ryujoushi looks like an western type dragon. With Huge wings and claws. By flopping his wings, he is able to created an intense heat wave. The heat wave is so intense, that it could cause instant dehydration in some cases. Ryujoushi, like most dragons, breath fire. But his flames are blue and are capable of incinerating, most things that stands in its way. If needed Ryujoushi could cause a lot of devastation to a village or a single area. As long as there is something to burn, he could do it. Ryujoushi can reach up 350 mph when flying.

Description: Ryujoushi will release a huge fireball that is made of blue flames. The blue flames could be seen as a warning. The blue flames from Ryujoushi are way more intense than a regular katon jutsu. It could incinerate someone in seconds.

Description: RyuJoushi will release a series of fire attacks as he flies over. The Intense blues flames will cause a lot of devastation on the ground. As expected the blue flames will incinerate his opponents on the ground.

Description: Ryujoushi will released a huge stream of fire, which is of course made of blue flames. It is equally impressive in the distance it can travel and the width of the attack. Ryujoushi will aim to burn his victim alive, once they get caught in the blue flames. The width of the attack, measures up to 25ft . It is to maximise it’s effect on the unlucky opponent.

Description: Ryu joushi will create a blue fire barrier around himself. The barrier will be able to withstand a lot of pressure. And can deflect incoming attacks. The barrier’s flames are also very intense. And if the opponent gets too close, they could suffer from some terrible burns. This also goes for other living things.



Kuchiyose no jutsu Ryunami (Water dragon)

Ryunami is also an eastern type dragon. It’s most notable attacks are water based. It can send out high volume of water at his opponent. Ryunami is very useful, in areas where there is a water source. Although he doesn’t need a water source to use his powerful attacks, he feels more comfortable when there is water around. Ryunami way also swing his tail to deliver a devastating blow to his opponents. Or sometimes when he get the opportunity he will deliver a bone crunching bite. Ryunami can reach up to 170 mph at flying speed. However Ryunami prefers the water where he could reach speeds of up to 100mph.

Description: After performing the Baku Suishouha jutsu. Ryunami will dive to the bottom of the lake like water. Ryunami will then cause vibrations in the water. In which water needles with shoot from everywhere, capable of piercing skin. It would be like rain falling down, but in reverse. Since the attack will be going up instead.

Description: Ryunami will cause a series of 6 water Vortex’s to form in the water. The water will spin at incredible speed, designed to pull the victim in. Once inside the vortex. Ryunami will proceed to drown his opponent. The rapid spinning of the vortex will make it almost impossible for the opponent to escape.


Name: Baku Suishouha- Bursting water collision waves

Description: Ryunami will expel an high volume of water from his mouth. The water will then cover up a large area, turning it into a large lake like scene. Ryunami will then dive down into the water below and proceed to attack his opponents from there. The high volume of water itself can also cause a lot of damage to the opponent. Should they get caught in the blast of water crashing down.



Kuchiyose no jutsu Ryudenkou (Thunder dragon)

Ryudenkou is an eastern type dragon that utilizes the lighting element. It is able to channel lighting through its body. And also to create barriers, in order to stop incoming attacks. Ryudenkou also shoot lighting projectiles from its mouth, at his opponents. Ryudenkou is also capable of coiling around his opponents. And electrocute them via the lighting element. Each dragon also tend to fly at incredible speeds. Ryudenkou’s flying speed reaches up to 250 mph. Ryudenkou can also produce a bone crunching bite.

Description: Ryudenkou will build up lightning around his body. He would be engulf in lightning. He will then start to spin at an incredibly speed. He will then start charging toward his opponent at an incredibly speed. Moving at least 400 mph. Upon contact the Ryudenkou will drill through his opponent using his lightning body. Will in this form, Ryudenkou could also rip through walls. And destroy earth based substances and among other things. The force generated from the attack makes it a formidable move. Its one of Ryudenkou’s personal favorite.

Description: Ryudenkou will create a huge barrier around himself and the person who summoned him. The barrier is made of lightning and can electrocute an opponent if they get too close. The barrier can also withstand high levelled attacks. Ryudenkou will still have the ability to fly and charge towards his opponents while the barrier is up. The barrier is rather convenient at times.

Description: Ryudenkou will fly towards his opponents at an incredible speed and wrapped around them. As soon as he wraps around his opponent. He will then proceed to electrocute them. The lightning will send a devastating surge through the opponent and could kill.

Description: Ryudenkou will send a huge ball of lightning towards his opponent. The projectile will be launched at break neck speed. It is useful for catching enemies half guard. And to deal a deadly blow. Ryudenkou may also shoot of multiple projectiles at once. The most he ever fires in quick succession are five. Like any lightning element they are designed to electrocute the opponent. And to possibly kill them.

Description:

The FIre God jutsu is VERY powerful I have a few questions.
1. If one had Amaterasu could they break through it
2. If they had Kamui could they suck part of the cube into space and escape that way.
3.If some one used rotation could that build up enough pressure inside to pop it
4. If a JInchuuriki were to do any form of energy blast in a possessed state would that work
5. Would Chidori or Rasengan work?

Other than those questions about that jutsu its good

I changed the technique a little to avoid any misunderstandings. Also I added the Kamui as my 3rd Mangekyou form, if it's not allowed then just ignore it and I won't use it. But I do need you to tell me if it's allowed

Kamui is allowed, So,the Fire God Jutsu thing is basically Amaterasu but destroys the flesh,right? I just need clarification on that and you are approved
