History/Background:
Roshaka was born in Suna; he was the son of the Kazekage. He suffered a troubled childhood, his father would have nothing to do with him and his mother was living in another village. He was not a usual child, he was a prodigy, learning any jutsu much faster than the other shinobi. He fell in with the Suna ANBU and they taught him jutsu at a very young age. During this time he taught himself how to manipulate his chakra to create magnetic fields of varying strengths. He became a shinobi at age 12 after nearly killing his academy instructor with a magnetic Kunai that he had created, the instructor really shouldn't have been wearing that metal plate in his head, and an ANBU at age 30 after killing a Konoha missing ninja single-handedly. Over the next years Roshaka went on many missions, eliminating several minor village leaders in an attempt to create a buffer zone of friendly land around Suna. After being an ANBU for over a decade, he was promoted to the leader of ANBU when the previous leader suddenly died while on a mission. When his father suddenly died of a massive heart attack, someone was needed to temporarily fill in the position until a candidate could be found. As the son of the Kazekage, Roshaka was the obvious choice. However, he soon proved he was more than adequate for the position by the successful defence of Suna from Shukaku. After fighting continuously with Shukaku for hours, the daemon calmed down enough to return to the host. As a direct result of this action many lives were spared, even the survival of the village had been ensured. The village council then voted unanimously to keep him in office. This he accepted with reluctance, having grown up with the ANBU he desired nothing more than to fade away into the shadows. However he knew he could never shirk his duty so he remains in that position to this day.

Suna no Yoroi is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Sand ninja Gaara. If Gaara's Suna no Tate fails, Gaara uses an almost invisible thin layer of sand to cover his body. For the sand to cover Gaara's body, he has to use his body's chakra. When covered by the sand Gaara becomes heavier and it is more difficult for his body to maneuver. Though the sand does provide some protection, sufficient strikes will break the armor to expose Gaara's natural body.

Suna no Mayu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Sand ninja Gaara. It serves as one of Gaara's absolute defenses. After forming the needed hand seals, a sphere of sand will surround his body. This sand cocoon is made as a defensive measure and is also made to allow Gaara to enter into his Shukaku state. Where his body becomes encased in Sand to make him resemble a smaller form of the Shukaku demon. While in the cocoon Gaara will use the Daisan no Me (Third Eye) to view his opponent and the surrounding battlefield.

Suna Bunshin is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Sand ninja Gaara. The clone functions like a normal Bunshin, except it is made out of sand. The clone itself can be formed out of the Suna no Tate that protects Gaara. When a ninja goes to attack the Bunshin, the malleability of the sand allows the blow to sink into the sand, which can then wrap itself around the limb to constrain the attacker.

Doton Kekkai • Dorou Doumu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. After striking the ground with his hands, Jiroubou is able to overturn the earth and cause it to rise up around his opponents. Placing his hands against the dome he is able to suck out the chakra from the people trapped inside and bring it into his own body. At the same time Jiroubou will use his own chakra to spread throughout the dome, this allows him to repair any damage his opponents manage to inflict on the inside. The chakra is not evenly spread out though, as the chakra flows away from Jiroubou, it becomes more and more weak. Allowing the dome to be broken on the far side if hit by a hard enough force.

Jishaku Ninpou is a Ninjutsu technique used by Janin ninja Jiga. From an early age Jiga ingested iron and over time he developed the ability to magnetize this internal iron. This grants him the ability to magnetize other iron outside of his body. He can also manipulate common shinobi weapons, the mace he wields and satetsu (iron sand). He turns this ability on and off by slapping his stomach. He has to make sure and stagger his attacks, to allow him a moment to brush off any accumulated satetsu. If he remains in the "on" position for too long, the satetsu will cover his body, smothering him.

Denji Genmu - Electromagnetic Visions:

After magnetizing his body, Jiga will draw in satetsu which he will disperse over his target. An electric current will pass between the particles, affecting the target's brain function. Because the brain uses low voltage impulses, the impulses will be disrupted causing their mind to short circuit. They will be temporarily stunned, allowing Jiga to attack with his other weapons.

Chidori (a.k.a. Raikiri) is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. Later, Uchiha Sasuke used his Sharingan and the training of Kakashi to also learn the technique. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.
After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, Kakashi and Sasuke use their quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Because their opponent can easily counter the attack, it requires a Sharingan user to make the technique worthwhile. The Sharingan will allow them to predict any moves their opponent decides to make and send their strike home into the target. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. Because of the great amount of chakra needed to utilize the technique, the technique can only be used so many times during the day.

Chidori Eisou is a Lightning Element technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke. Sasuke is able to shape the Lightning Element to form an extending blade of lightning. This attack may also be similar to Chidori Nagashi, causing the target to go numb from the electrical charge.
